Pre-handover cleaning
Removing dust and dirt after renovation or rearrangement in predefined areas at an agreed stage of completion.
Targeted disinfection
Agreeing disinfection of touch points and shared surfaces according to the site’s hygiene requirements.
We separately agree the disinfection method, treated surfaces and conditions of use. Special hygiene requirements, hazardous contamination and construction waste removal require advance confirmation of feasibility.
