We plan the work around the materials, condition and manufacturer instructions for floor coverings and equipment. We clarify accessible areas, ongoing construction and required cleaning tasks in advance.
Floor coverings and glass surfaces
Cleaning floor coverings, sanitary fittings and safely accessible glass using methods suited to each material.
Pre-handover details
Final cleaning of agreed rooms and support for the pre-handover inspection, following the specified task list.
Removal of rubble or hazardous waste, work at height and removal of paint, adhesive or cement residues are not automatically included. Feasibility, material sensitivity and any test area are agreed in advance.

When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
Final cleaning is usually best scheduled after dust- and dirt-producing construction is complete. For phased handovers, we agree areas and dates separately.
Do you also remove paint and adhesive residues?
Removal depends on the surface and residue. We agree the task and any test area in advance, taking care to preserve new floor coverings.
